Technogen Enterprise is manufacturer, supplier and exporter of State of Art Ampoule Visual Inspection Machine Model TGAIM-70 which is used for visual inspection of the ampoule, make it feasible to detect foreign bodies such as glass pieces, dirt particles, filter medium pieces, black particles and also cracks in the body of Ampoule with nominal human intervention. This particular model is also reasonably helpful for checking of Vial (up to 30 ml vial) with change parts. The equipment also has the six raw / Spinning assembly at a time to achieve 3600 Ampoule per hour speed which generally depends upon the time of inspection, quality of ampoules and number of repetitions done. The main feature of Ampoule visual inspection machine is high spinning of Ampoules which generate vortex in liquid in order to detect particle impurities in liquid.

• Ejection switch to facilitate the rejection.
