The machine is used to apply the Aluminum cap known as Roll over pilfer proof type cap on glass and plastic bottle.  This particular Rotary series is intermittent motion machine and come in 4 head- 6 Head- 8 head and 12 head configurations depending upon the speed requirement of the production line. The output range is from 60 to 200 bottle per minute depending upon the diameter of the bottle to be handled. It can work with wide shape of container like Round, square with the help of change part. Machine metallurgy include the most outer part AISI 304 construction.

Rotary ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is equipped with variety of safety features like Ball Screw actioned mechanical clutch at feed worm, infeed star wheel and outfeed star wheel, No Cap in cap feeder - No bottle system. As a Add on feature, Machine can be made available with Toughened glass safety cabinet on imported AISI 304 profile or with Acrylic Glass safety. Advance PLC- HMI control can be integrated in machine also as supplementary feature.
